Methodological and Statistical Assistance
- The Statistical Consulting Center
This center is run by the Department of Statistics. It offers "Stat-on-call" services to Penn
State faculty in all disciplines. You may schedule a one hour complimentary appointment
(per semester) to work with a consultant who will answer your questions and provide
limited statistical support for your research.
- Methodology Consulting Group
This is operated by the College of Health & Human Development (HHD). It provides
consultation in the areas of statistics, research design, and measurement, primarily in
social science.

The Center is operated by the College of Health & Human Development (HHD). It
provides links to information on research methods, free software, short courses in
methodology, and eResources (short training podcasts and videos).
