The Office of the Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses (OVPCC) manages the execution of affiliation agreements for internships and clinical placements, and high school dual enrollment, as well as the completion of attestations verifying student compliance for these experiences.
OVPCC maintains comprehensive databases to store approved affiliation and dual enrollment agreements, along with a secure platform for students to submit and manage confidential background checks and health records. In collaboration with clinical and internship program coordinators, the OVPCC ensures that students adhere to the terms outlined in each clinical site's affiliation agreement.
The OVPCC is responsible for ensuring campus compliance with all policies, that guide us in the enrollment of high school students who are under the age of 18.
This website provides essential policies and procedures that support these critical functions.
