Shelly Ormsby

As a financial coordinator for the Office of the Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses, Shelly is part of the finance team. She provides administrative support to the assistant vice president and executive director for Commonwealth Campuses budget and planning, the associate director for Commonwealth Campus financial officers, and the financial manager. She also serves as a liaison between the administrative support staff and the finance team providing training and information needed for reports and transactions.

Before coming to Penn State, Shelly was employed by the Juniata Valley School District, served 12 years in the Air Force and Air National Guard, and earned an A.A.S. in accounting from North Central Michigan College.
