Judy Bowman

Judy provides support to the interim dean University College; senior associate dean for faculty and research in the Office of the Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses. She manages the promotion and tenure process; sabbatical leaves; and annual faculty reviews for the 14 commonwealth campuses and Penn State Great Valley. She also works with the campuses on faculty recruiting and advertising. 

Before joining the Office of the Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses, she came to us from the College of Liberal Arts, Department of Psychology. Her long-time career at Penn State includes working at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Penn State York campuses.
