TEACHING LINE FACULTY PROMOTION
2021-2022 Academic Year
September – pre-reviews for promotion completed.
On or before October 1 - Deadline to Notify Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Research of Teaching Line Faculty Going Up for Promotion.
November 19 – Completed dossiers due to Campus Academic Officer and uploaded to secure Promotion Online Review Platform (PTORP)
December/January - Campus Committees compete review of candidate dossiers.
December/January – Campus Administrators complete review of candidate dossiers.
January 21 – Completed reviews from campus committee/campus administrators uploaded to PTORP. Send electronic copy of completed dossier to OSVPCC.
Week of January 24-28 – University College Teaching Line Promotion Committee charge meeting – Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Research.
February 25 – University College Teaching Line Promotion Committee chair sends draft letters for all reviews to the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Research.
March 1 – University College Promotion Committee chair returns original, signed letters and P&T forms to OVPCC.
March 31 – VP/Dean review completed, review outcome letters prepared and sents to campuses.
