Research Resources

The manager of grant relations for the University College and Great Valley is the University Park-based resource for all UC and GV faculty and staff members interested in submitting a proposal for external funding. The grants manager provides a wide array of assistance for proposal development and submission. This assistance includes editing and advising on proposal content, preparing budgets and standard agency forms, reviewing proposal packages for conformance to guidelines, policies and federal circulars, and submitting proposals. In addition, the grants manager serves as the college liaison with the Penn State Office of Sponsored Programs and Office of Research Accounting, as well as any other Penn State office pertinent to the sponsored project. Also, the grants manager prepares the electronic proposal internal approval form (ePIAF) that is required for each proposal for external funding.
