Courtney serves as the Manager of Student Award Programs and Compliance. In this role she assists the Assistant Vice President, Executive Director for Academic Services and Assessment with the day-to-day coordination, funds management, auditing, and evaluation of the OVPCC-funded student award programs. She also monitors compliance practices for a variety of office initiatives and gathers and assesses reporting information. Courtney previously served as Assistant Director of Federal and State Programs in the Penn State Office of Student Aid. She is strongly committed to providing students with the support and resources necessary for success while attending Penn State and beyond graduation. 

Before coming to Penn State, Courtney was an Environment Rating Scale Assessor in the College of Education & Human Development at the University of Delaware. She also brings eight years of experience working in nonprofit organizations where she coordinated wellness services for underserved members of the community and supported program development and donor outreach activities. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree from Meredith College.
